Welcome to 10JILI. By registering, accessing, or using our platform, services, website, or mobile applications, you agree to strictly comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Legal Eligibility & Compliance

• Regulatory Standards: 10JILI operates as a legally registered gaming company in the Philippines in compliance with government gaming treaties under official PAGCOR certification.

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age mandated by their region) to register an account or gamble on the platform. The company reserves the right to request proof of age from any customer at any time.

• Responsible Gaming: Gambling under the legal age is a criminal offense. Online gaming can be addictive, and members are strongly encouraged to play responsibly within a budget.

 Account Security & Verification

• Data Protection: All member data and transactions are fully encrypted to protect player privacy under international security certification from GEOTRUST.

• Name Verification: For withdrawal security, the registered withdrawal name must strictly match the member’s official bank/e-wallet account holder name.

Financial Transaction Terms (Deposits & Withdrawals)

Online Deposits:

• Limits: Minimum deposit amount per transaction is PHP 100, and the maximum deposit limit is PHP 300,000.

• Supported Local Payment Channels: Deposits can be made via trusted local e-wallets including GCash, PayMaya, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit threshold via Maya starts at PHP 50 (with a 2% cashback incentive) and GCash / GCashQR starts at PHP 100.

Online Withdrawals:

• Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is PHP 100, and the maximum withdrawal limit is PHP 100,000.

• Turnover Audit Requirement: The effective bet amount (valid turnover) must reach 100% of the deposit amount for each transaction before applying for a cash-out.

• Administrative Fees: If a withdrawal application is submitted without fulfilling the 100% deposit turnover requirement, 10JILI reserves the right to charge an Administrative Fee of 50% of the deposit amount plus a PHP 50 withdrawal fee.

• Audit & Review Timing: The first withdrawal (below PHP 5,000) within 24 hours arrives in real-time. Withdrawals exceeding PHP 5,000 or repeated applications within 24 hours undergo standard review, typically processed within 15–20 minutes if no issues arise.

Mobile App Regulations & Promotional Rules

• App Promotions & Bonus Rules:

  • New Player App Bonus: Up to ₱3,888 introductory bonus is subject to a 20x turnover requirement on Slot Machine and Fishing games. Accounts that have not deposited carry a maximum withdrawal limit of ₱100.

  • Daily Angpao Event: Daily Angpao drops up to ₱8,888 are available exclusively to members logging in through the official app between 21:00 and 21:30 (GMT+8).

Platform Rules, Game Fairness & Disconnection Policies
